Fly By Jing is the first premium Chinese food company that brings thoughtfully crafted pantry staples to the modern kitchen. Developed by Jing Gao, a chef, entrepreneur and renowned expert on Chinese cuisine, Jing spent several years courting Sichuan suppliers and merchants to source the 18 premium ingredients that make up her Chili Crisp sauce, the hero product of Fly By Jing, her signature line of sauces and spices that launched in 2019 and has drawn a passionate fan base.

When I first analyzed the website, I found that there were several essential features missing that would enhance the ecommerce experience for customers. The navigation was also complicated, which made it challenging for customers to find what they were looking for, and the overall design and layout of the website did not create a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
To address these issues, I worked on all key pages of the website, including account and landing pages, to ensure they were easy to use, visually appealing, and provided all necessary information to customers. I also implemented a new membership program, Tastemakers, which not only added value to the customer but also provided an additional revenue stream for the website.
By enhancing the overall feel of the website, customers stayed longer on the site and made more purchases. This resulted in an increase in the website's bottom line, proving that optimizing the ecommerce experience is critical to achieving business success.

When I first started working with Heartworm Press, I noticed that their online presence lacked a unique brand identity and customized ecommerce experience. Without these important components, the website did not effectively communicate their brand and products to potential customers, which ultimately limited their sales.
To address this issue, I completely overhauled their online presence, including designing a unique brand identity and improving the website's functionality. I also implemented several key features, such as an enhanced browsability and pre-order options for upcoming releases, which greatly contributed to their success.
As a result of these changes, Heartworm Press saw a 324% increase in sales. This success not only demonstrates the importance of having a unique brand identity and customized ecommerce experience but also highlights the value of implementing key features that enhance customer engagement and provide an exceptional shopping experience.

When I started working with Moons, they were a startup with a mission to disrupt the feminine health industry. They had a great product, but they needed help developing an online sales strategy that would enable them to sell directly to their customers.
To achieve this goal, I worked with Moons to create a comprehensive plan that included designing and developing an e-commerce website from the ground up. This process began with basic wireframes that illustrated the website's layout, user interface, and key features. Once the wireframes were approved, I moved on to designing the website's visual identity and incorporating the Moons brand into the design.
With the design completed, I moved on to the development phase, which involved coding the website and integrating essential e-commerce features such as product listings, shopping carts, and payment processing. Once the site was fully functional, I worked with Moons to launch it and establish their online presence.
The end result was a fully functional e-commerce website that allowed Moons to sell their products directly to customers, creating a new revenue stream for the company. The website was user-friendly, visually appealing, and incorporated the Moons brand identity, which helped increase brand recognition and attract investors.
